Property Tax Program Seeks Local Business Participation

The Shop Manalapan 1st Program, a property tax program giving residents discounts at participating business and an equivalent credit to pay down their real estate taxes, will be starting soon, according to Township Administrator Tara Lovrich.

The free program is open to all property owners in Manalapan Township and it is meant to motivate residents to shop local. When purchasing items or services from a participating business, a credit will go toward your annual property tax bill.

All local businesses interested in participating in this program or being a sponsor should send an email to info@mtnj.org or call 732-446-8307. Sponsorship will include your name and business logo on the cards that will be sent out free to all Manalapan households.
