On Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at approximately 6:47 p.m., a 31-year-old male resident of Manalapan Township reported that an unknown actor(s) used his personal information to open up an online gambling account without his knowledge. Patrolman James Guarino handled the incident.
On Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at approximately 6:14 p.m., Patrolman Philip Accatatta responded to a Crystal Court residence in regard to an attempted burglary. It appeared that unknown actor(s) had attempted to force entry into the residence through several rear windows. At this time, it does not appear that entry had been made to the residence and no items were reported missing from the residence. This incident is pending further investigation.

On Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at approximately 3:49 p.m., a 70-year-old male resident of Manalapan Township reported that his neighbor has been verbally harassing him. Patrolman James Guarino handled the incident.
On Monday, February 15, 2021, at approximately 2:57 p.m., a 71-year-old Manalapan resident reported that they were emailed from an unknown subject in an attempt to obtain money from the victim in gift cards as a result of a PayPal scam. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the report.

On Monday, February 15, 2021, at approximately 8:38 a.m., a 41-year-old Manalapan resident reported that they were harassed by an unknown subject over text messages in an attempt to extort money from the victim. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the report.
On Saturday, February 13 2021, at approximately 2:44 p.m., a 34-year-old Jamesburg resident reported he received counterfeit currency in the amount of $10.00 from a gas station attendant. Upon police arrival, the bill was determined to be fraudulent. The attendant did remember receiving the fraudulent bill but could not describe the individual. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the report.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a 29-year-old Manalapan resident reported that they sustained injuries after being assaulted during a road rage incident on Oakland Mills Rd. The suspect is described as a white male, unknown age. Patrolman Matthew Porricelli took the initial report, which is pending investigation by the Manalapan Township Police Department’s Detective Bureau. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Detective Dominick Donatelli, Jr. at 732-446-8388.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at approximately 3:10 p.m., a 58-year-old Manalapan resident and a 31-year-old Manalapan resident reported that they are being harassed by a male Hazlet resident (unknown age). Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.
On Saturday, February 13, 2021, at approximately 12:47 p.m., a 68-year-old Manalapan resident reported a white 2000 S70 Volvo was stolen from a parking spot in front of his residence on Covered Bridge Blvd. The vehicle was last seen parked in his parking spot on February 12, 2021. The key was left in the vehicle. Ptl. Anthony Cascella handled the report
