Ryan Road Commuter Parking Lot Spaces Available

The 200 additional commuter parking spaces on Ryan Road in Manalapan are currently up for grabs. All those interested in getting a spot must call the Municipal Clerk’s Office at 732-446-8316 or email MFarrell@mtnj.org and ask to be placed on the Monmouth Heights Commuter Parking Lot List before Sept. 20.

The additional spots were acquired last May when the Township Committee authorized an agreement with the Monmouth Heights Community Association to lease a section of the association swim club parking lot on Ryan Road.

Placing your name on the waiting list does not guarantee you a spot. If you are already on another Township commuter lot waiting list and you wish to be moved to the Monmouth Heights List please contact the clerk's office as well.
