Schools Close for NJEA Convention
Here is a look at what is going on in Manalapan and Englishtown today.
1. Weather: Today will be cloudy with a 70 percent chance of rain, according to the National Weather Service. The high today will reach around 68. Tonight the rain may continue and the low will to dip to about 40.
2. Government:
- The Teen Leadership Committee is meeting in the downstairs portion of the Manalapan Police Department within the Manalapan Township Municipal Building at 6:30 p.m. tonight.
- The Zoning Board is meeting in the courtroom of the Manalapan Township Municipal Building at 8 p.m. tonight.
3. Schools: All schools within the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District and the Freehold Regional High School District will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the NJEA Convention.
