On Monday, June 29, 2021, at approximately 6:45 p.m., a 54-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that sometime during the overnight hours, an unknown actor(s) entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway of an Equinox Lane residence and removed a wallet from the center console containing $400.00 worth of gift cards, miscellaneous credit cards, a driver’s license, and identification. Patrolman Charles Alaimo handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Monday, June 29, 2021, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a 36-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported an unknown actor(s) used their pedigree information to open fraudulent unemployment benefits. Patrolman Sean McCarthy handled the report.

On Monday, June 29, 2021, at approximately 9:50 a.m., a 39-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported an unknown actor(s) used their pedigree information to open fraudulent unemployment benefits. Patrolman Ryan Brady handled the report.

On Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 7:11 a.m., a 55-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported observing two black male actors attempting to steal a vehicle that was parked in the driveway of an Astor Drive residence. The two subjects fled the scene in a black Audi sedan. Patrolman Ryan Brady took the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Monday, June 28, 2021, at approximately 1:52 a.m., a 31-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that while attempting to retrieve an electric scooter valued at $600.00 that was stolen from a Susan Court residence earlier in the night, a physical altercation took place between the reporting party and two unknown actors. Minor injuries were reported as a result of this incident, however, no complaints were signed. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.

On Saturday, June 26, 2021, at approximately 8:23 p.m., a 64-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported being harassed by a 63-year-old Manalapan resident. This incident is pending the signing of complaints. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.

On Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 5:48 p.m., an 18-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported being harassed via social media and by cell phone communications. The accused is currently unidentified and the harassment occurred throughout the day on June 26, 2021. Patrolman James Joiner handled the report.
On Friday, June 25, 2021 at 5:20 p.m., a 64-year-old Manalapan resident reported damage to a vehicle that was parked at an Amberly Drive residence. The estimated value of the damage is unknown. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.

On Friday, June 25, 2021, at 3:58 p.m., employees of the Manalapan Recreation Center located at 95 Freehold Road reported that an unknown actor(s) had spray painted graffiti sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Anyone with information is requested to contact the Manalapan Township Police Department at 732-446-4300. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.

On Friday, June 25, 2021, at approximately 8:54 a.m., a 59-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) had stolen a license plate from trailer sometime between June 24, 2021 and the morning of June 25, 2021 while it was parked at a Wilson Avenue residence. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.

On Thursday, June 24, 2021, at approximately 6:08 p.m., an 18-year-old Manalapan Township resident responded to police headquarters to report that a 46-year-old Manalapan resident signed and deposited a check belonging to the victim. Patrolman Matthew Porricelli took the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 12:01 p.m., a 44-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported entering credit card information onto a fraudulent website leading to unknown actor(s) charging three separate times totaling $495.00. No monetary loss was reported as a result of this incident. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.

On Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 7:25 a.m., a 36-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that on June 24, 2021 at 6:15 a.m., $9,000.00 was fraudulently moved from a Chase Bank account by unknown actor(s). Patrolman James Joiner handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at approximately 10:46 p.m., Patrolman James Guarino responded to Arrowwood Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The occupant of the vehicle, identified as Domenic Imperato II, a 31-year-old, unmarried, self-employed male resident of Manalapan Township, was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Imperato was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed. Mr. Imperato was also found to have two warrants that were issued for his arrest by the Robbinsville Municipal Court in the amount of $1,501.00. Mr. Imperato was subsequently transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a hearing. Patrolman James Guarino was the arresting officer.

On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at approximately 3:56 p.m., a 50-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported an unknown actor(s) used their pedigree information to open fraudulent unemployment benefits. Patrolman Christopher Schou handled the report.
On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a 50-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported losing a purse in the parking lot of the Wegmans Supermarket located at 55 Route 9 south in Manalapan. The purse was later located, but the victim reported that approximately $200.00 in cash was missing. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.

On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at approximately 3:49 p.m., a 48-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) had stolen a walker on June 20, 2021 at approximately 8:30 p.m. from a parking lot located on St. Andrew’s Place. The walker was valued at $60.00. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report.
