An apparent single-vehicle mechanical fire on Route 9 closed the main road for two hours Tuesday morning, authorities said.
MANALAPAN, NJ - An apparent single-vehicle mechanical fire on Route 9 closed the main road for two hours Tuesday morning, authorities said.
The fire occurred around 4 a.m. on Route 9 South just south of Gordons Corner Road.
No injuries were reported, Deputy Chief Leonard Maltese told Patch. The fire appeared to be accidental in nature.
