BBP Welcomes Fran's Painted Furniture To Main Street Belmar
Fran's Painted Furniture gives a second life to vintage and antique furniture with hand-painted finishes, repairs and restoration.

The Belmar Business Partnership (BBP) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, March 23, 2019, to celebrate the grand opening of Fran's Painted Furniture in downtown Belmar, New Jersey.
In addition to members of the BBP’s Board of Trustees, the event was attended by Belmar Mayor Mark Walsifer, who cut the ribbon, and friends and family of the business owner, Fran Mazzarisi.
"After taking a furniture painting class and doing a couple of pieces for my own home, I discovered that it was something I enjoyed, as it allowed me to be creative. I started by consigning pieces and then opened my own business," says Mazzarisi. "Older furniture was built to last for years, and the quality given those pieces no longer exists. We repair, restore and hand paint vintage and antique furniture, giving it a second life."

"I want my business to be known for professional service that delivers quality work, in a timely manner. I love being in Belmar and being a part of the business community," Mazzarisi says.
