The owner, Elba Perez, is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She and her husband recently opened their first retail store in Belmar Plaza next to Don’s Pizza King, where they sell children’s clothing for sizes 2T to 6 years, along with accessories and shoes. With grant funding assistance from the Belmar Business Partnership, Super Savers expanded its Main Street presence as a full-service grocery store with a deli and grill.

The Phoenix is a nonprofit organization that fosters a free sober, active community for individuals recovering from a substance use disorder and those who choose to live a sober life. Its mission is to integrate mind, body, and spirit into an active and sober lifestyle. Its downtown Belmar location offers yoga, meditation, game nights, mindfulness socials, and other programs. About the Belmar Business Partnership
The Belmar Business Partnership (BBP) is the non-profit district management corporation created under municipal ordinance and state statute to manage the Belmar Special Improvement District.
The BBP Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of the BBP is composed of business owners and commercial property owners, with additional representation from the Borough’s civic leaders and residents. The BBP’s Visual Improvement, Promotions (Marketing and Retail Programs), Economic Development, and Organization Committees develop and execute programs to carry out the strategic priorities and goals of the BBP.
