Supporting The Belmar-Lake Como St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Belmar-Lake Como St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee has announced its slate of fund-raisers for the 2019 parade, which takes place Sunday, March 3, beginning at 12:30 p.m. According to a recent post on the committee's Facebook page, "We count on the funds raised from these events to cover costs of the parade, so hope to see everyone out for some winter craic."

The schedule of events is as follows:

Sunday, January 13, 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh

Old Bridge, New Jersey
$15 donation includes hot and cold buffet, complimentary drink, live Irish music, and performances by the Shillelagh Pipes & Drums of Old Bridge

Sunday, January 20, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The Salty Whale
390 Main Street
Manasquan, New Jersey
$15 donation includes hot and cold buffet, complimentary drink, live music by the Pat Roddy Band, and performances by pipes and drums

Sunday, January 27, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Bar Anticipation

Lake Como, New Jersey
$15 donation includes hot and cold buffet, complimentary drink, live Irish music by The Snakes, and performances by pipes and drums

Sunday, February 10, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

$15 donation includes hot and cold buffet, live music, and performances by pipes and drums

According to the Belmar Beachcomber Blog, "The Belmar St. Patrick's Day Parade is among the largest in New Jersey and kicks off a month of Irish-American festivities throughout the Garden State."
