Colts Neck PD: Reports of Car Break-Ins Along Twin Lakes Dr.

An alert from the Colts Neck Police via Colts Neck Swift911 

On April 25, 2014, The Colts Neck Police responded to several residences along Twin Lakes Drive for reports of car burglaries and property thefts from unlocked vehicles. 

These burglaries occurred during the overnight hours, between midnight and 7:00 am. The only vehicles that were targeted were unlocked vehicles. Numerous items were taken including credit cards, radar detectors and other items of value.

In a continuing effort to reduce these types of incidents, residents are reminded to ensure that your vehicles are always locked when they are not in use and unattended. If valuables are kept in your vehicles, please secure them out of plain sight, help reduce the possibility of someone going in and taking your property.
