Election 2020: Who's Running For School Board In Marlboro?
Five candidates will pursue three open seats on the Marlboro Township Board of Education in November.
MARLBORO, NJ – Three seats are up for grabs on the Marlboro Township Board of Education, according to the Monmouth County Clerk's Office.
Running in the full-term race are Jill Strafaci, Feiby Dawod, Kamilia Maxemoss and current members Robert Daniel and Susan "Susie" Shrem.
One seat each is also up for grabs on the Freehold Regional High School Board of Education representing both Marlboro Township and Colts Neck Township. In the race to represent Marlboro, Michael Messinger and George Pometti will be competing for the spot. Dbera Fanelli is running unopposed for the position to represent Colts Neck.

All petitions to run were filed as of Monday's 4 p.m. deadline. The list remains unofficial pending certification by the county clerk. Election Day is Nov. 3.
