“The Board of Education of the Township of Marlboro in the County of Monmouth, New Jersey is authorized: (a) to undertake an addition and renovations, alterations and improvements at the Abbott Early Learning Center Elementary School and renovations, alterations and improvements at Marlboro Middle School, Defino Central Elementary School, Dugan Elementary School, Holmes Elementary School, Marlboro Elementary School and Robertsville Elementary School, including related work, fixtures, furnishings, equipment and site work; (b) to appropriate $46,642,000 for such purposes; and (c) to issue bonds of the school district in the principal amount of $46,642,000.

“The final eligible costs of the projects approved by the Commissioner of Education are $26,650,000 ($350,000 allocated to Abbott Early Learning Center Elementary School, $6,160,000 allocated to Marlboro Middle School, $3,930,000 allocated to Defino Central Elementary School, $2,610,000 allocated to Dugan Elementary School, $4,900,000 allocated to Holmes Elementary School, $4,730,000 allocated to Marlboro Elementary School and $3,970,000 allocated to Robertsville Elementary). The proposed improvements include $8,103,915 (all allocated to Abbott Early Learning Center Elementary School and $0 allocated to Marlboro Middle School, Defino Central Elementary School, Dugan Elementary School, Holmes Elementary School, Marlboro Elementary School and Robertsville Elementary School) for school construction elements in addition to the facilities efficiency standards developed by the Commissioner of Education or not otherwise eligible for State support pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-5(g). The State debt service aid percentage will equal 40% of the annual debt service due with respect to the final eligible costs of the projects. The Board of Education is authorized to transfer funds among the projects approved at this election.”
