Marlboro Man Sexually Assaulted 11-Year-Old, Police Say
Adam Herr is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 8 in Monmouth County.
A Cedar Court man is charged with the sexual assault of an 11-year-old boy, according to police.
Adam Herr, 28, allegedly touched the young buy in a sexual manner between Aug. 19 and Sept. 23 of this year. According to arrest records, a police investigation into the complaint resulted in a confession from Herr.
A report from NJ.com indicates Herr and the victim did know each other.
Herr is charged with several counts of aggravated sexual assault, several counts of endangering the welfare of a child, charges are stemming from both Marlboro Township and Freehold Township. It is unclear where the alleged assault took place.
Herr is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 8 in Monmouth County.
