MARLBORO, NJ — Next Wednesday, May 8 Marlboro Twp. will hold a free parenting workshop, "Managing Anxiety in Your Child or Teen."
From time to time we all experience anxiety — it is part of life. However, parenting an anxious child can leave you feeling like you are walking on eggshells. Please join us at this interactive workshop where we will discuss:
• Signs and symptoms of anxiety
• Red Flags – what’s normal and what’s not normal
• Tips and strategies to help you and your child
