Marlboro Township Announces Residents-Only COVID-19 Testing Site

A drive-up testing location for Marlboro locals will open in the recreation center parking lot starting Dec. 19. Here's when to get tested:

MARLBORO, NJ - A drive-up testing location for Marlboro residents will open in the recreation center parking lot this week, municipal officials confirmed Thursday.

In a Dec. 17 email to residents, Marlboro Township Mayor Jon Hornik announced the brand-new mobile testing site (see full testing schedule below):

“I am pleased to announce that I, along with the Marlboro Township Council, and in partnership with Immediate Care, have arranged to have a COVID-19 mobile testing truck for Marlboro residents only,” Hornik wrote. “The mobile testing truck is located in the parking lot of the Recreation Center. Currently there are 11 testing days scheduled beginning this Saturday and continuing into January.”

Testing will be administered by Immediate Care and Synergy Labs/Capital Health, no appointments are needed and residents do not have to be symptomatic. Results are sent via email within 72 hours and testing will take place each day until capacity is reached.

Tests will be given in the order in which residents arrive. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for a test.

Here’s what you need to get tested:

  • Complete this registration from
  • Photo ID and Health Insurance Card (original and two copies)
  • Do not eat/drink (except water) one hour prior to testing

Here is the full testing schedule:

  • Dec. 19, 9 a.m. -3 p.m.
  • Dec. 20, 9 a.m. -3 p.m.
  • Dec. 21, 11 a.m. -7 p.m.
  • Dec. 22, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Dec. 27, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Dec. 28, 11 a.m. -7 p.m.
  • Dec. 29, 9 a.m. -3 p.m.
  • Jan. 2, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Jan. 3, 9 a.m. -3 p.m.
  • Jan. 4, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Jan. 7, 1 p.m. - 7 p.m.
