MARLBORO, NJ - A local law enforcement officer successfully located a missing Marlboro juvenile last week with the help of his canine companion, authorities said.
In a statement posted to social media on Monday, the Marlboro Township Police Department commended Ptl. Joshua Abrahamson and his K-9 partner Bolo for aiding in the rescue of the resident, who was reported missing in the area of Conover Road.
During the investigation, Bolo was able to pick up the scent of the juvenile and tracked the scent through a wooded area. Bolo scaled a chain link fence, worked through six-foot tall grass and ultimately located the juvenile in a “secluded wooded area.”
