Marlboro Township Summer Camp Guide 2021

MARLBORO, NJ — After a year when too many traditions have had to be canceled for coronavirus safety, summer camps for kids are back on this year as the state has issued updated guidance on how these camps can safely operate during the coronavirus pandemic.

Here's a look at the camps planned around Marlboro for summer 2021, including town-sponsored camps, Monmouth County-run camps, private camps and more. Click on the links for registration information:

Marlboro Recreation Camp: A six-week program will be held for Marlboro residents in grades K through 6. Camp activities are set to include games, arts and crafts, sports, swimming, special events and more. www.marlboro-nj.gov/signup

Rolling Hills Country Day Camp (Freehold): Activity-filled day camp programs for children in grades Pre-K through tenth grade. Participants enjoy a variety of programs including swim, sports, arts and crafts and adventure activities. www.rollinghillsdaycamp.com

School Of Rock (Red Bank): Kids and teens can rock out at several music-filled summer camps this year by learning to play instruments through well-known rock songs. Monmouth County Camps: Monmouth County offers literally hundreds of different summer camp options and swim lessons, plus farming camps at Longstreet Farm in Holmdel. Camp Coconuts (Middletown, Hazlet): Private company. They are located at 205 Harmony Road in Middletown and host their summer camps there, but also have a sister campus at the Hazlet Twp. Ivy League Day Camp (Manalapan): Eight-week private summer day camp serving children 2-15 years old. Activities include sports, arts, aquatics and adventure activities. www.ivyleaguedaycamp.com

Country Roads Day Camp (Manalapan): Day camp featuring activity programs for grades Pre-K through tenth grade. Youngsters can enjoy swim lessons, waterslides, crafts and special events, while teens will be able to join clubs (including sushi, Italian and food truck clubs) while refining their skills in sports, arts and swim. Marlboro Montessori Academy Day Camp (Morganville): Children ages 2 to 8 can participate in an aquatic program to enhance sensory development and advance coordination and motor skills. Head Over Heels Gymnastics, Dance and Cheer Center of Middletown: They offer a summer fun and fitness day program, running July 13 - Aug. 28. Geared towards children 5 and older, the camp offers "seven hours of jam packed excitement - gymnastics, crafts, field trips, in-house events, and special elective classes such as dance, cheer, and karate."
