Monmouth County 4-H Hosts Breakfast With Santa Dec. 1

Come for a homemade pancake breakfast, crafts/activities, carol singing and selfies with 4-H miniature horses dressed as reindeer.

FREEHOLD, NJ — The Monmouth County 4-H Horse Project will host a Breakfast with Santa this Saturday, Dec. 1, with a snow date of Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Monmouth County Agricultural Building at 4000 Kozloski Rd.

This event is open to all Monmouth County residents whether they are a 4-H member/volunteer or not. The event includes a homemade pancake breakfast, crafts/activities, carol singing, and the opportunity take selfies with 4-H miniature horses dressed up as reindeer.

“This is a wonderful event geared to spread holiday cheer for the whole family,” said Freeholder Deputy Director Lillian G. Burry, liaison to Monmouth County 4-H. “Proceeds will be going directly to the Monmouth County 4-H Horse Project to assist with the costs of educational programming.”

The cost to attend is $8.00 per adult and $6.00 for youth 9 years and under.

New for this year, the Premier Theatre Company will be joining Monmouth County 4-H to sing carols at this event. The Premier Theatre Company, founded in 1990, is a non-profit theatre and education program that works to bring the gift of visual and performing arts to the people of New Jersey. Premier, which reformed under new management and direction, is wrapping up their 2nd season this December 8th-16th with their traditional holiday musical Scrooge!
