Monmouth County Certifies Marlboro Election Night Results

Incumbent Susie Shrem kept her seat on the Marlboro Township Board of Education as newcomer Jill Strafaci beat out another current member.

MARLBORO, NJ - The Monmouth County Board of Elections has certified ballot counts this week, making the results from Election Night in Marlboro official.

The Monmouth County Board of Elections has completed the counting of the mail-in and provisional ballots, and the County Clerk's Election Office has certified the General Election results to the Secretary of State,” the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office announced Wednesday.

“384,251 ballots were cast in Monmouth County resulting in a record-breaking 82.4% voter turnout for the 2020 General Election.”

In the race for the Marlboro Township Board of Education, Incumbent Susie Shrem kept her seat on the Marlboro Township Board of Education as newcomer Jill Strafaci beat out another current board member.

FEIBY DAWOD: 13.34 percent, 6,302 votes
KAMILIA MAXEMOSS: 15.52 percent, 7,335 votes
JILL STRAFACI: 27.7 percent, 13,090 votes
SUSAN “SUSIE” SHREM: 22.04 percent, 10,417 votes
ROBERT DANIEL: 21.30 percent, 10,063 votes
