New Roofing Business In Marlboro Seeks Permission To Operate

MARLBORO, NJ - The Board of Adjustment will convene a hearing Dec. 19 on the application of GSR/SM Inc., 293 Route 79 for preliminary and final site plan approval to permit the operation of a roofing business.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive.

Previously, GSR/SM received ,a use variance but additional variances are required. They include variances for minimum lot area, minimum lot frontage, minimum lot width, minimum lot depth, minimum front yard setback, minimum side yard setback, minimum rear yard setback, minimum gross floor area, minimum ground floor area and maximum lot coverage, all of which are existing conditions.

The applicant also intends to request density, use and bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements so he may develop the premises as a roofing business.

The development application and supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the Department of Planning and Zoning Department and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
