Obituary: Ronald Schwartz of Marlboro

Ronald Schwartz, age 69, of Marlboro, NJ formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Friday, July 17 at Centrastate Medical Center in Freehold from Stage 4 Cancer he had been battling for the past three months.

Ronald was a retired physical education teacher for 39 years with the NYC Board of Education. After his retirement he continued with High Point Schools – CPC Behavioral Healthcare in Morganville where he worked for the past 10 years. Ron loved his summers at Camp on Wheels and Rolling Hills Day Camp as a Director. My father loved working with children.

Ronald is predeceased by beloved parents Max and Yetta (Binbaum) Schwartz. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cathy J. Schwartz, his adored daughters Wendy Stabile and Amanda Schwartz, and his dear brother Harry Schwartz. Also surviving are his cherished grandchildren Cailen, Liam and Lily. My father was a great man who worked very hard for his family and was an amazingly funny, laid back guy.
