Storm Could Cause Tornado-Like Winds In Marlboro, NJ
AccuWeather is predicting a severe thunderstorm will hit that is capable of producing damaging winds and even a possible tornado.

MARLBORO, NJ — As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, a band of thunderstorms are currently moving across Central New Jersey, bringing with them the potential for flooding and even a possible tornado in Marlboro Township.
Old Bridge, East Brunswick, South Brunswick, Sayreville and Jamesburg are all under a flash-flood warning until 5:45 p.m. Tuesday evening, warns the National Weather Service.
Meanwhile, AccuWeather is predicting a severe thunderstorm will hit that is capable of producing damaging winds and even a possible tornado in the Marlboro area.

At 1:51 p.m. today, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across Central New Jersey. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.
