Three Men Indicted On Charges of Car Burglary Spree in Marlboro

Th men, all from Somerset County, are accused of breaking into 7 cars and stealing things like a Coach bag, a hunting bow and arrow and iPods.

Three men will answer in court to allegedly breaking into seven cars in Marlboro Township between November 16-17, and stealing away with pockebooks, wallets, computers and credit cards.

The men indicted today by a Monmouth County Grand Jury are Eric Adamowicz, 19, of North 6th Avenue in Manville; Christian Solis, 19, of Pittstown; and Justin D. Borealo, 26, of Hillsborough.

In addition to seven counts of third-degree burglary, they also face third-degree theft charges. Police say items were stolen, such as a Mac Notebook computer, a jacket, a Coach pocketbook and wallet, a hunting bow and arrow, two Apple iPods and an iPod Touch.

The men also face two counts of fourth-degree credit card theft, and two counts of fraudulent use of stolen credit card.

The jury's vote to indict is merely a formal charge; it is not a finding of guilt or a conviction. Every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt following a trial.
