12th Night Bonfire Back On In Mendham
The fire department was able to receive the necessary permits for the annual holiday bonfire.

MENDHAM, NJ — After cancelling the annual 12th Night Bonfire, the Mendham Fire Department was able to receive the necessary permits and the event is back on.
The annual event was cancelled earlier this month when it looked like the fire department would be unable to secure permits under the new DEP regulations. Now, the DEP has issued a one-time waiver for post-Christmas tree burnings, and the event is back on.
The 12th Night Bonfire will be held Jan. 7 at at 6:30 p.m. at Borough Park. Borough residents can arrange to have their tree picked up. Click here for more information.
