Brookside Beach Now Free For Twp Residents During The Week
Mendham Township residents can enjoy the beach free of charge during the week.
MENDHAM, NJ — Brookside Beach will now be free to Mendham Township residents during the week. On the weekends, the beach is $5 per person. Non-residents are charged $5 regardless of day.
Families can start enjoying the beach on June 25, and it's open through August 12. Lifeguards are on duty, and children can enjoy games and activities, volleyball, and row boats. There are picnic tables and vending machines.
It's open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Want to rent the beach for a party between 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.? It costs $200 without a lifeguard, or $300 with a lifeguard.
