Contested Primary Kicks Off In Chester Township
Three Republicans are vying for a pair of seats on the governing body.
CHESTER, NJ - Three Republicans are vying for a pair of seats on the governing body, setting up a showdown in the June primary election.
Current Councilman Tim Drag of Orchard Drive has filed to run for another turn on the dais and is being joined by John Butkus of State Park Road under the Regular Republican Organization banner.
Also in the mix is Republican Thomas A. Grego of North Road.

According to currently serving Republican Brian Curley, he will be running in the general election as an independent.
The primary election is scheduled for June 8.
