Dunkin Donuts Aiming For Late 2020 Opening In Mendham

MENDHAM, NJ — After several years, multiple trips in front of the planing board, and scrapping plans for a drive-thru, Dunkin Donuts has a projected opening date in Mendham Borough.

The coffee shop is aiming to open in late 2020 or early 2021 on Main Street, the company confirmed. They described it as a "next-generation Dunkin restaurant," but no additional details were provided.

Dunkin Donuts was approved for 25 East Main Street in December, following years of public objection to a proposed drive-thru. The project and withdrawn and re-submitted without the drive-thru by the developer, Aryan LLC, before it was ever voted on.

Two residential apartments were also approved for the space. One of the two apartments will be affordable housing.
