A Gala Evening at the Show

The Chester Lioness Club will sponsor a fund raising "Gala Evening at the Show" on Friday May 1, 2020 at 8 PM in the Black River Playhouse, 54 Grove Street, Chester NJ

The Chester Theater Group will present " Twelfth Night, a Romantic Comedy". The William Shakespeare play centers around twins who were separated by a shipwreck and believed each other to perish. One disguised self as a young man and falls in love with a Duke, who in turn is in love with a countess. The countess then falls for the disguised young man, thinking she is a man.
Hilarity ensues!

The $20 ticket includes refreshments of cheese, crackers, fruit, wine, soda and bottled water. There will also be a meet and greet with the play's cast members.

This performance will help benefit the Chester Lioness Club's charity projects including JBWS, Operation Jersey Cares, Homeless Solutions, Operation Chill Out, Chester Food Pantry, CASH and many more.
