How to Vote by Mail

View a short video tutorial showing how easy it is to participate in the July 7 Primary Election!

The 2020 Primary Election was moved to July 7 and is mostly being conducted through Vote by Mail (VBM) ballots. If you have never used a VBM ballot before, I created a 3-minute video overview of the process to explain how easy it is to Vote by Mail.

All registered Democrats and Republicans will automatically receive a VBM ballot. Unaffiliated voters will receive an application to request a VBM ballot.

Ballots must be returned by July 7, either mailed, dropped off at one of five secure locations or delivered to the Morris County Board of Elections.
