Kids of Couple Killed in Superstorm Sandy Get Home Makeover
Reality home improvement show unveiled new digs for family Tuesday.

Mendham, New Jersey – Rich and Beth Everett were killed by a felled tree the night Superstorm Sandy made landfall. They were driving with their two sons when a towering arbor crashed down on front of the vehicle, instantly killing the parents.
In the 15 months since, surrounding communities have done their best to ease the pain of the couple's four children – Zoe, 20, Talia, 18, Theo, 15, and Pierce, 12.
Now, according to a report on dailyrecord.com, NBC's home improvement show "George to the Rescue" has pitched in to help the kids with home repairs they could not handle themselves.
The kids spent three weeks at the Westin Governor Morris in Morristown while the renovations were made, and had the upgrades unveiled to them on Tuesday, the report said.
