Learn To Create ‘Greener’ Homes At Mendham Program

Looking to make a more sustainable home? Mendham Township residents should pre-register for a Zoom program on June 23, showing them how.

MENDHAM, NJ — Learning how to have a greener, healthier and carbon-footprint-reducing home are among many topics at an upcoming webinar "Green Homes Today," on Wednesday, June 23 for Mendham Township residents.

Hosted by the township with experts from New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, including a speaker with the Barnegat Bay Partnership and Rutgers Cooperative Extension, residents are going to hear about ways they can transform their home inside and out into a cost-saving, more energy-efficient one.

Recycling, composting and landscaping will be some of the topics discussed to also make a home’s outdoor spaces more sustainable.

The program begins at 7 p.m. and attendees must pre-register for the Zoom program on the township’s website.

Residents can click here to register and should expect to receive an email after registering, with the program’s Zoom link.
