Mendham Borough Police Dept Accredited By NJ Commission
The Mendham Borough Police Department joins growing number of accredited law enforcement agencies across the state.

The Mendham Borough Police Department is now officially on board with program standards set by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police. They earned a Certification of Accreditation by the NJSACOP on Monday, August 15, 2016.
The NJSACOP conceived and developed a voluntary accreditation program for law enforcement agencies in New Jersey. The purpose of the accreditation is to promote established standards across the various agencies. A review committee from the NJSACOP Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission reviews and inspects candidate agencies once they have adopted "Best Practices" Standard Operating Procedures. Mendham Borough Police's review was completed over two days without any issue.
Mendham Borough will be reviewed again in 2019.
