Mendham Cub Scouts look for your support

Scouts are selling popcorn to fund pack activities for the coming year

The Cub Scouts from Mendham Pack 133, who are sponsored by First Presbyterian Church of Mendham, will be out in the months of September and October to raise money for their pack by selling Camp Master’s popcorn and taking donations that will help support the military.

Keep an eye out for the young scouts, as they will be walking around their neighborhoods, going door-to-door, and taking orders for popcorn products and military donations. The scouts will also be at the following locations to show and sell their products: Mendham Borough Post Office, Kings in Mendham, ShopRite in Morristown, CVS in Mendham, Wells Fargo in Mendham and the Brookside Post Office.

The effort is part of a six week campaign to raise money to help fund the Pack’s activities throughout the year. The pack will use the money to help pay for camping trips, hiking adventures, museum visits, science shows, and yearly events such as their Blue & Gold Awards Dinner, Pinewood Derby car races and their annual model rocket launch.
