Minutemen March Through Meet, Outwrestle 3 Teams

Mendham grapplers improve record to 4-0.

MENDHAM, N.J. – If the first weekend of 2016 is any indication of how the rest of the season will go, Mendham’s wrestling team is in for some great success.

The Minutemen marched into a quad meet with Hillsborough, North Warren, and West Essex on Saturday, Jan. 2, and took care of business.

The Minutemen swept the meet, going 3-0 with a 33-18 win over Hillsborough; 54-13 win over North Warren; and a 39-21 win over West Essex, improving their season record to 4-0.

The team looks to continue to roll on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at Delbarton, followed by a home quad on Saturday, Jan. 9.
