“The Shops at Ledgewood Commons is a true testament to the incredible resilience and magnetism of the property and its location in one of the most desirable retail markets in the Tri-State region,” said Peter J. Cocoziello, Founder and CEO of Advance Realty Investors. “When we first embarked on the redevelopment, we knew it would face certain challenges and then, after considerable progress, COVID-19 presented a completely new and unknown challenge. Today, we celebrate several retailers opening and are proud of the collective resilience and execution to enable the success story that is the reimagination of Ledgewood Commons.”
