Pregnant Cat Rescued From Streets, Needs New NJ Home
Now that her babies have been adopted, it's mamma cat's time for a new home.
NEW JERSEY — It hasn't been easy for Princess Leia, who was rescued from the streets of Newark pregnant. Now that all of her babies have found homes, it's her turn to find a forever family.
Princess Leia was rescued from Newark and taken in by Eleventh Hour Rescue. The calico / domestic short hair cat is about two years old, and is very sweet.
Princess Leia enjoys sitting in laps, and is outgoing and playful, and would do well in a home with other cats, the rescue says. She would need to be introduced properly but would also do well with dogs.
