“I have been fielding a lot of questions from residents. There seems to be confusion about the process because some have never voted by mail before or just don’t understand the best way to turn in their ballot,” said Duarte. “This nonpartisan forum will provide information to residents and an opportunity to ask questions.”
The presentation will review steps to properly complete and return a ballot; how to confirm a ballot has been received; what to expect if you decide to vote in person at the polls; and the new protections that have been put into place to resolve ballot problems.
