Work On Mendham's Mountainside Road Bridge To Start Soon

MENDHAM, NJ — Anyone who drives along the Mountainside Road bridge over India Brook may want to find another route later this month.

According to the Mendham Borough Police Department, Morris County is looking to begin construction in the area around mid-January 2021.

The road and bridge would be closed to traffic for approximately four to six months, police said. A detour is expected to be established and a temporary traffic signal setup at the intersection of Ironia Road and CR 510 (Mendham Rd).
