Basilico Edges out Gian Marco for Best Italian

The diners have spoken, or at least voted.

And the winner of the best Italian restaurant in town is....longtime night-out mainstay , with a strong second place showing by the more casual .

Basilico has a reputation for good food and perseverance, having come back after being flooded out twice – once when it first opened in 1999 during and again last summer during
