Art Advisory Committee Awards Eight Scholarships
The Millburn-Short Hills committee awards scholarships to high school students Charles Ehrenfried, Viraj Khetani, Jonathan Duan, Lilly Blum, Natasha Baskin, Carly Pancer, Devikia Kanagaraj and Chloe Chan.
Millburn-Short Hills Art Advisory Committee announced the winners of this year’s Eighth Annual Scholarship Awards this past week.
Under the guidence of Ms. Kathleen Harte Gilsenan, AP Art Instructor, the following students won the Senior Scholarship or Award of Merit:
- Charles Ehrenfried-Junior Award of Merit
- Viraj Khetani- Senior Scholarship Winner
- Jonathan Duan- Junior Award of Merit
- Lilly Blum- Senior Scholarship Winner
- Natasha Baskin- Junior Award of Merit
- Carly Pancer, Senior Scholarship Winner
- Devikia Kanagaraj- Junior Award of Merit
- Chloe Chan, Senior Award of Merit
This year, the scholarship reception is being held at Contemporary Art and Editions on Essex Street in Millburn on May 23.  The eight winners will share art supplies, framing, and gifts at this year's event.
