The first in the series is called Don’t Let Anxiety & Stress Become the New Normal in Your Home. For families that feel they are are parenting in between child tutors, activities, and obsessions with electronic devices then this is a program for you, Kislin said.
"I will share with your techniques to help you build more resilient, accountable, caring children," Kislin said.
Kislin said many mental health professionals as well as educators agree that there has never been a more challenging time in history to raise children. The parenting series is designed to create a warm and inviting community to learn, share and leave feeling armed with new energy and skills to start off the new school year.
