Farmers Market Opens Friday Next to Town Hall
Market will celebrate its 20th Anniversary in Millburn.
When the Millburn Farmers Market opens on Friday, it will be it's 20th Anniversary in town.
"I have three farmers that have been with us for 20 years returning," said Downtown Millburn Executive Director Lisa Hackett. "Alstede Farms, Ort Farms and Vacchiano Farms. E&R Organic is also returning and it’s their 7th year at the market."
The anniversary also brings change to this year’s Farmer’s Market.

Because of the construction that will begin soon on the future parking deck in Municipal Lot #2, next to where the Farmer’s Market has traditionally been held, this year’s market will be in the lot next to Town Hall, according to Downtown Millburn officials.
The Market will also take place on Fridays this year and begins on June 8. All the same farm vendors will be back, they say.
