MILLBURN, NJ — On the anniversary of Hurricane Sandy this Thursday, Tropical Storm Zeta dumped rain on New Jersey, but didn't cause the extent of damage in Millburn that Tropical Storm Isaias did this summer.
However, Accuweather predicted that Millburn would get more rain on Friday until around 2 p.m.
