Short Hills Church To Host Live Animal Christmas Pageant

Experience the Christmas story as it comes to life in a unique Christmas Pageant featuring costumed children, caroling, and live animals including sheep, llamas, calves, and donkeys at Community Congregational Church in Short Hills on Sunday, Dec. 24 at the 10:30 a.m. family worship service.

All children attending worship are welcome join in the church's Live Animal Christmas Pageant. To participate, children should arrive for a rehearsal at 8:30 a.m. before the start of family worship at 10:30 a.m. Following the pageant, there will be a petting zoo featuring the pageant animals.

Community Congregational Church will also celebrate Christmas Eve with a Candlelight Worship Service at 5 p.m., a family-friendly, spiritual, service of classic carols, the Christmas story and candlelight singing of Silent Night.
