MHS Presents Dance Concert this Weekend

The Millburn High School Dance Club presents its 7th Annual Spring Dance Concert at 7 p.m. tonight and tomorrow night in the Millburn High School auditorium. 

The concert will feature the MHS Dance Company and the Accelerated Dance Class as well as seniors Maria Perna, Karina Kirnos, Dana Schweinler and student director, Rachel Okrent in their final MHS dance concert.  

The concert will include student and guest choreography with dance in a variety of styles: Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern Dance and Musical Theater Dance.

Student choreographers are Maria Perna, Karina Kirnos, Alexandra Ruibal, Katrina LeBenger, Hassan Syed, Kai Rapelyea, Alena Gurevich, Anna Zakusilo, Bradley Bunn, Emily Brochin and Dana Chwatt. Amanda Lewton and Kara Grzeszczak are doing an Irish step dance. 

Tickets $7 at the door.  The Dance club invites the public as well as the school community to attend this popular school event.
