The JV girls approached their next game on Monday, April 30, against Cranford hungry for a win. After Keegan Brown fought for the ball on the first draw, Cranford transitioned the ball down the field towards Kirkwood. Throughout the rest of the game it was a neck-and-neck tie, each team scoring goals right after the other. Finally Millburn got up by three with two minutes left to go. Cranford fought for the ball and quickly gained possession to run it down the field past Brighid into Millburn's goal. Despite working so hard, Cranford still managed to score a goal, tying the game at 10-10.
