After federal agents seized evidence at his Millburn home, the man was charged with one count of production and two counts of possession.

MILLBURN, NJ — Agents from the U.S. Attorney's Office arrested a man at his Millburn home on Tuesday and charged him with three counts related to child pornography, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced Tuesday that Antonio Del Prado, 59, of Millburn, had been charged with one count of production of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.
That day, Del Prado appeared by videoconference before U.S. Magistrate Judge Edward S. Kiel in federal court in Newark, the release said. He was detained without bail.

The press release says that 56 images and 18 videos of "suspected child sexual abuse" were uploaded.
The complaint gives more details. It says that in one video, a man appears to give instructions to a woman, via livestream, on how to assault a "prepubescent" boy whom agents believe was 8 to 10 years old. Agents estimated that the video was made in August of 2019, and say it's approximately 20 minutes long.
Other videos described in the complaint contain male and female adults engaging in sexual acts with children of both genders.
The complaint says that during Tuesday's raid, agents found a lime green shirt that the man had worn in at least one video.
The charge of production of child pornography carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison, and fine of $250,000, the release says. The charge of possession of child pornography carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
U.S. Attorney Carpenito credited special agents with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Jason J. Molina, with the investigation leading to the charges.
The government is represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn Barnes of the U.S. Attorney’s Organized Crime/Drug Enforcement Task Force Unit in Newark.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
