Millburn Public Schools Closed Due to Snow

Storm expected to dump up to 12 inches of snow, plus ice on region

Millburn Township Public Schools said all schools would be closed due to the snow and icy conditions.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning until 6 p.m. on Monday, warning of eight to 12 inches of snow and a quarter inch of ice would make travel dangerous.

Snow is expected to change over to sleet and freezing rain this afternoon, before turning back to snow. Temperatures will be in the upper 20’s and winds from 5 to 15 m.p.h.
