Millburn Seniors to Graduate and School Board to Discuss QSAC, District Goals

Here's what is going on in Millburn-Short Hills this week.

On Monday, Millburn's Board of Education Meeting is scheduled for 7:45 p.m in the Education Center.

On the agenda the board will discuss the 2012-2013 district goals, the Quality Services for the Autism Community, QSAC, results and HIB self assessment. Full agenda is attached for residents to review. 

In the last meeting, the Millburn High School junior, who won in a statewide music competition, gave the school board and those in attendance an acoustic performance of her song “I Hope That You'll Say No."

Recently, the Millburn Superintendent of School Dr. James Crisfield wrote a letter to New Jersey Legislators asking not to rush the new statewide teacher evaluation system.

The Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Monday night has been cancelled. The Stop and Shop hearing has been rescheduled for Aug. 19.

On Tuesday, the Millburn High School will host its graduation for the class of 2013 at high school stadium at 5 p.m.

On Friday, the Downtown Millburn Farmers Market continues in its 21st year behind Town Hall. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
