Millburn Teens To Perform 'Footloose' At End of Month
It's six degrees of Kevin Bacon when Millburn High performs its version of the hit 1980s musical.

MILLBURN, NJ — Let's hear it for the boy...and all the other teens in Millburn! The Millburn High School Limelight Players will present their spring musical, Footloose, on Feb. 28, 29, and March 1.
Tickets for the show are available for $15 for adults and $10 for students. Patrons may order and select seats here.
Footloose is the story of Ren McCormack, a teenage boy from Chicago. He and his mother move to the small town of Bomont after his father abandons them. Upon arriving, Ren finds himself at odds with most of the town, including the Rev. Bomont. The reverend has convinced the town to outlaw dancing, which Ren finds unbelievable.

The show first debuted as a movie musical in 1984 and spawned several hits, like the title song by Kenny Loggins and "Let's Hear It For the Boy" by Deniece Williams.
